Welcome to my academic website! I have completed my Ph.D. degree in the Multimedia Lab, in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto. I am currently a post-doctoral fellow working under the supervision of Professor K.N. Plataniotis (Kostas) and Professor A. N. Venetsanopoulos (Tas). News:I have successfully defended my thesis "Multilinear Subspace Learning for Face and Gait Recognition" on July 17, 2008. The Matlab codes for MPCA and MPCA+LDA together with the tensorial gait data are released on March 1, 2008. My Googlesite is created at http://sites.google.com/site/eehplu/
